If you would like to speak to administration outside these hours, please email or call to make an appointment. Emails are checked outside office hours and on weekends.

Please email the school to get all registration forms sent to you or to schedule a time for a tour.

Individual tours are scheduled in the morning between 10 a.m. and 11: a.m. and in the afternoon from 2:30 p.m.-3:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday.

How to Apply

– Families interested in Headon Forest Montessori are encouraged to begin the admissions process by scheduling a tour and parent observation.
– Parent Observations Parents are invited to observe a Montessori classroom in session to gain a deeper understanding of the Montessori philosophy and learning environment. Observations are for parents only and are available on weekdays between 10:10 a.m. and 11:10 a.m. by appointment.
– Family Tours Families may book an in-person tour of the school on weekdays between 3:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. During the tour, families will have the opportunity to learn about our programs, meet staff, and explore our Montessori environments.
– Following the tour and observation, families may submit an application for admission and join our waitlist if a space is not immediately available.
