Our Mission

At Headon Forest Montessori we are committed to providing children with an exceptional beginning through the development of a safe and nurturing environment based on the Montessori philosophy. Our Montessori prepared environment offers children opportunities to construct learning experiences at their own pace and plane of development. We nurture the natural drive towards movement and self-mastery in our children. Our goal is to help them develop an awareness of the world around them and foster independence and confidence. We encourage children to care for themselves, others and their environment and nurture self-esteem, personal dignity and mutual respect. The staff and administration at Headon Forest Montessori aspires to provide educational services that inspire and supports children and their families.
